A more secure and slightly more effective ball gag

A few years ago, I wrote on this blog about the functions of a gag. In my opinion a gag must: disable communication enforce silence disable the use of teeth (to bite, or to grab or handle objects) be safe (also for wearing for long periods) and comfortable void attempts by the wearer to remove it mark the wearer as a submissive in an erotic context I also noted that the standard ball gag isn't very good at most of these goals (it performs abominably on the first two points), but it shines on the last one. Girls with a ball gag between their teeth look so sexy . I dare to claim that this is the primary reason for the continuous popularity of the ball gag. So I set out to do some experiments on improvements to the basic ball gag design, without loosing its appeal. Not because I want to make gags, but because the research is fun. Here I present a ball gag with a shape like a short tube with rounded ends. The closest term for that shape that I have found is "capsule". That bi...

The paramour universe, background to the stories

Motivation: I have done one story and I am working on a follow-up. I have a list of constraints, of what can happen in my fictional world and what is off limits. The story is inspiring other writers and artists as well, and some follow-up artwork has appeared. With that in mind, below is the background of my fictional paramour universe. Our contemporary society The paramour universe is supposed to be the world that we live in, here and now. It is not a parallel universe with different laws, and it does not play in a distant future. The bondage is non-consensual. (There may be a few exceptions; some women may like to be a paramour, but they are a small minority.) Non-consensual bondage is, of course, illegal. It is important, therefore, that the "patrons" of the paramours try to avoid to attract the wrong kind of attention (like: the attention of law enforcement). On the one side, patrons portray the paramour scheme as "consensual" to society. Paramour...

The functions of a gag

What a gag tries to achieve is one or more of the following: disable communication enforce silence mark the wearer as submissive disable the use of teeth to grab or handle objects punishment or humiliation The fourth function is often forgotten, but it is rather important. For example, someone who is bound with rope or tape and gagged with a simple cleave gag, may be able to open a drawer in the kitchen and pick up a knife from it with her mouth, then wedge it in somewhere and use it to cut through her ties. Functions #3 and #5 may go hand-in-hand. Some gags are specifically designed to be uncomfortable and unflattering. Other gags look rather nice though, but they do not hide their purpose of gagging a person. So my take is that you can have function #3 without function #5. The gag "invented" for the story The Return of the Paramour aims at functions #1 through #4, but specifically not #5. The ball insert (3) deep in the mouth keeps the tongue down and blocks in...

The Return of the Paramour - second edition

I have reworked the story to improve the plot line. The new story has ten chapters. The eight chapters of the first edition have been adjusted to snap into the new plot line. What is the story anyway? The Return of the Paramour is illustrated fiction, on young women ("paramours") who are obligated to regularly have sex with their patron. They do so in bondage, because the old medieval laws on seigneurial privileges and bondswomen are no longer in effect and modern (contract) law is not binding enough. The link (single PDF file for all 10 chapters) The Return of the Paramour (full)   Synopsis 1. The paradox of freedom In which the narrator is captivated by a new kind of erotic roleplay, and offers his assistance to an adult video producer that focuses on this roleplay. 2. The legacy of paramours In which the narrator learns that the kinky roleplay is inspired by the new bondage toys of an earlier group, and that this earlier group was in turn inspired by a naughty pra...

Caricature of love slaves, adapted from Edouard Touraine

The image is an adaptation of Edouard Touraine's "Caricature of prostitutes with their clients" as published in the French magazine "Le Rire" (see the original at the right; click on the image to zoom in). Le Rire was controversial, for pictures like this. Different times, different morals. I used the modified drawing in my illustrated story on a bondage lifestyle ("The Return of the Paramour"). Or more accurately, in an illustration where a bound and gagged girl gets molested on a couch, this drawing is seen hanging on the wall behind the couch. What I like in the drawing, is that it breathes the exact atmosphere as what I intend the story to have. And much of that atmosphere is in the details... The bondage is "nice", in the sense that the girls are not in pain and not in peril. The girls are wearing dresses with a logo of the bar, implying that they are employed by the bar, to entertain the customers. They are wearing slippers...

The Return of the Paramour, new location of the PDF files.

I uploaded the story on uploaded.net, but there appear to be problems with it. Therefore, you can get the PDF file also from my google drive. The Return of the Paramour Chapter 1 - The paradox of freedom Chapter 2 - The legacy of paramours   Chapter 3 - What men want... Chapter 4 - The princess paramour   Chapter 5 - Role play is fun!   Chapter 6 - The gold cage Chapter 7 - Submission & consent, a thin line   Chapter 8 - Unbound   This is the original story. Since putting it online, I have been working on improving the text and the plot. That will eventually be a "second edition" of the story. Note: the second edition of the story is done.

Patent application (well, a fake one)

Disclaimer This is a draft that I made for fun. It was not truly filed. Alfredo Martin is a fictional character and C.E.S.C. is a fictional organization. For the (fake) patent draft, follow this link: Adult Pacifier and Muffler     Relation to the story This patent draft is inspired by my fiction ("The Return of the Paramour"). The story is intentionally vague, it does not list a single date. However, the first steps, by the illustrious organization "C.E.S.C.", supposedly happen in the 1980's (first ideas perhaps late 1970's). I imagined that the members of C.E.S.C., a group of about 12 men, were focused and determined, but not particularly wealthy or particularly skilled. There may be a dentist among them, or a civil engineer, or a music teacher, who knows. (Of one member, a bit of background is disclosed: he is a (possibly retired) fashion designer and the story suggests that he has sewing equipment at his home.) But presumably, not one of the...
